Before you write

Three questions come up often enough to answer here.

Where is my order? A tracking link goes out by email the moment your parcel ships. You can also follow it on our order tracking page. Orders leave within one to two working days and take five to seven working days in transit.

Can I send it back? Yes, within 30 days of delivery. We arrange the collection and we pay for it, both ways. You do not need to give a reason.

Will it fit? Every product page publishes the height, the base footprint and the weight limit per cat. If the page leaves you unsure, write to us rather than guessing.
