Tracking questions
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, after 1 to 2 working days of packing. It is sent by email — check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Usually not. A parcel is scanned by the carrier 24 to 48 hours after dispatch, and tracking can stay quiet between two scans. If nothing has moved after 5 working days, contact us.
Delivery is free on every order and takes 5 to 7 working days once your parcel is dispatched, so 6 to 9 working days from the day you order.

Check around the doorstep and with anyone else at the address first: carriers sometimes leave a large box out of sight. If it is nowhere to be found, contact us with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.
