Ten seconds, in a room

Cat furniture shot against a white background tells you nothing about how it lives with a cat. These do.

How tall is tall?

A number is hard to picture; a door is not. The standard internal door in a British home is 198 cm — and it is probably in the room you are reading this in.

The numbers other shops leave out

A photo makes every cat tree look the same size. These are the three figures that decide whether it works in your home.

Height, to the centimetre

Not “large” or “XXL”. The measured height of the finished tree, in centimetres, on every listing.

213 cm XXL Cat Tree Sarnico

Footprint, before you order

The floor it actually takes. Measure the corner you had in mind and compare it before you buy, not after.

50 × 40 cm XXL Cat Tree Merano

Weight, per cat

A total load tells you nothing about a 6 kg cat landing on the top platform. Where a per-cat limit exists, it is on the listing — where it doesn't, we leave the line out rather than guess.

20 kg Compact Cat Tree Sarzana

Every one of our 55 cat trees carries a published height. Not a size bracket, not “large” — a figure in centimetres, with the base it stands on beside it. Nothing goes on sale without both.

Before you order

The six things people ask us most.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders leave within one to two working days and spend five to seven working days in transit, so six to nine working days in all. A tracking link reaches you by email the moment your order ships.

Does it arrive assembled?

Anything with several levels arrives flat, with the parts numbered and the tools included. A scratching mat, a bed or a feeder does not. Every product page carries its own Care and assembly section, written for that product rather than for the catalogue — read that one before you order, and you will know exactly what the box asks of you.

How do I know it will fit, and hold my cat?

Every product page publishes the overall height, the size of the base, the spacing between platforms and the weight limit — given per cat, not only as a total for the whole tree. Measure your corner, weigh your cat, and the answer is on the page rather than in an email.

What if my cat ignores it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, unused and in its original box. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid label, and the refund goes to the card or wallet you paid with. You do not need to give a reason.

Before you give up on it: put it where your cat already chooses to be rather than where it looks best, and leave it alone for a few days instead of presenting it. A little catnip helps on anything meant to be slept on or scratched.

I have two cats. Which tree?

Two cats need two places to be at once at two different heights, and a base wide enough that one landing does not rock the frame. That is what the XXL range is for: taller frames, wider bases, several platforms, and a weight limit stated per cat so you can add the two together yourself.

Can I ask a question before ordering?

Write to contact@cat-palace.com — a person answers within 24 hours, and there is no script. If you tell us the size of the space and the weight of your cat, we will tell you which trees actually fit, including when the answer is none of them.
