Hello, we're Cat Palace.
We sell furniture for cats: trees to climb, beds to sleep in, scratchers, toys, feeders and carriers. That's all we do, so we try to do it properly.
Properly, for us, means telling you what you're buying before you buy it. How tall a tree really is. How much floor it takes. What it's made of. What each colour looks like, photographed on its own rather than guessed from a little swatch. A cat tree is a big thing to bring into a home, and it shouldn't be a surprise when the box arrives.
We'd rather tell you a tree is too big for your room than sell it to you.
It also means being easy to deal with. Delivery is free on every order. If something isn't right for your cat, you can send it back within 30 days without giving a reason. And when you write to us, a person reads your message and writes back.
So if you're not sure which tree fits, tell us the space you have and how much your cat weighs. We'll give you an honest answer — even when the answer is “none of ours”.
