Description

Biella is drawn as a tree. The platforms are cut in the shape of leaves, the scratching pad is a flower, and the whole thing stands 114 cm on a 48 × 36 cm base. If you have been putting off buying a cat tree because of what it would do to the room, this is the one that reads as an object rather than as pet equipment.

A basket that turns

The hanging basket, 30 cm across, rotates rather than hanging fixed. A cat stepping into it sets it moving slightly and it settles — the same appeal as a hammock, in a shape that holds its walls up.

Five surfaces, all different

A round top perch of 30 cm, a main leaf platform of roughly 40 × 30 cm, two smaller leaf platforms lower down, the rotating basket, and an enclosed condo 30 cm across and 30 cm high with a 20 × 25 cm doorway. Each tier is rated to 10 kg.

Three sisal posts and a flower

The posts run between the levels so scratching happens during the climb, and a separate floral pad gives a flat surface for cats that prefer to scratch horizontally. A pom-pom hangs from the frame.

Light enough to move

7.5 kg assembled, on an engineered-board frame covered in polyester with PP cotton padding. That is half the weight of most towers this height, which makes it realistic to shift between a bedroom and a living room — and it is also why the supplied anti-toppling kit matters more here than on a heavier tower. Fix it to the wall.

Why choose Cat Palace

Because your cat deserves better than a generic tower — and so does your living room.

Designed around how cats behave

Height to climb, somewhere to scratch, a lookout over the room — every piece answers a real feline habit rather than a decorating trend.

Facts before adjectives

Height and footprint in centimetres, the weight limit in kilos where it is known — never “sturdy” or “spacious” in their place.

Free delivery, free returns

Every order ships free and comes back free for 30 days. No restocking fee, no argument.

A human answers you

Questions before ordering or after delivery reach a person, not a script.

Cat Tree Biella — shown at home with cats

What a cat does with it

Climb it. Look down from somewhere high. Scratch something that doesn't matter. Then fall asleep on it. A tree earns its floor space by covering all four — which is why the height, the platforms and the posts decide far more than the colour does.

Where it will stand

114 cm on a 48 × 36 cm base

That is the floor it needs. Measure your own before you order rather than after it arrives. A tree is a lookout first and furniture second, so it earns its place in the room where the household spends its evenings, not in a spare one.

Measured, then published

No size brackets, no “XXL” standing in for a figure: the cat tree with its dimensions drawn on it, so you can check it against your room instead of trusting a photograph.

Frequently asked questions

Will my cat actually use it?

Cats come round to new things in their own time, so give it a few days before you judge it.

Put it where your cat already likes to be — a sunny corner, or the room the household uses most — and leave it there rather than presenting it. A little catnip helps on anything meant to be scratched or slept on.

Is it sturdy, and what is it made of?

Every piece is built to be used every day, not just looked at. Posts and boards are solid, and the covering is chosen for cats to scratch and rest on.

What is declared for this item — the materials, the dimensions and the weight it holds — is listed in the Details above. Each order is checked before it leaves us.

Is it easy to put together, and what is included?

Most larger pieces, like cat trees, arrive flat with the tools and an illustrated guide in the box, and go together in about 15 to 30 minutes — no DIY experience needed.

Smaller items, such as beds, scratchers and toys, come ready to use. If a step is not clear, email our team and we will walk you through it.

How long does UK delivery take, and how much is it?

Standard UK delivery is free on every order and takes 6 to 9 working days: 1 to 2 working days to prepare and dispatch, then 5 to 7 working days in transit. Order by 10pm (UK / London time) and we start preparing your order the same working day (Monday to Friday).

You receive a tracking link by email the moment it ships, and your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Returns are completely free — both ways, with nothing to pay. You have a full 30 days from delivery to change your mind.

Just email our team and we will send you a free return label and take care of the rest. You do not need to give a reason, and your refund goes back to the way you paid.
