Cat Tree

Cat Tree Comacchio

111 cm on a round base 60 cm across — no corners to catch a shin, and nothing that needs to be squared up against a wall.

Three levels in particle board and willow wood, covered in plush linter, with a sisal rope post. Rated to 10 kg per cat, which is more generous than most towers this size, and it weighs under 10 kg itself.

Description

Comacchio stands on a circular base, 60 cm across, and reaches 111 cm. The round footprint is the reason to choose it: a square base wants to be aligned with a wall, while a round one sits anywhere — beside a sofa, in the middle of a room, at the foot of a bed — without looking as though it has been put down wrong.

Ten kilos per cat

Most towers of this size stop at 5 or 7 kg. Comacchio is rated to 10, which puts large breeds within range. If you have a cat that has outgrown its last tree, this is the number that matters.

Three levels, kept short

At 111 cm the climb is within reach of an older or heavier cat, and every level stays usable rather than becoming decoration. Plush linter covers the surfaces; a sisal rope post handles scratching.

Built from board and willow

The frame combines particle board and willow wood.

Weight and delivery

9.9 kg assembled — light enough to move between rooms on your own. Ships flat-packed at 64 × 64 × 30 cm. At this height on a 60 cm circle, the base does the work.

Cat Tree Comacchio — shown at home with cats

What a cat does with it

Climb it. Look down from somewhere high. Scratch something that doesn't matter. Then fall asleep on it. A tree earns its floor space by covering all four — which is why the height, the platforms and the posts decide far more than the colour does.

Where it will stand

110 cm

That is the floor it needs. Measure your own before you order rather than after it arrives. A tree is a lookout first and furniture second, so it earns its place in the room where the household spends its evenings, not in a spare one.

Measured, then published

No size brackets, no “XXL” standing in for a figure: the cat tree with its dimensions drawn on it, so you can check it against your room instead of trusting a photograph.

Why choose Cat Palace

Because your cat deserves better than a generic tower — and so does your living room.

Designed around how cats behave

Height to climb, somewhere to scratch, a lookout over the room — every piece answers a real feline habit rather than a decorating trend.

Facts before adjectives

Height and footprint in centimetres, the weight limit in kilos where it is known — never “sturdy” or “spacious” in their place.

Frequently asked questions

Is it stable enough for a big cat?

Stability comes from the base, not from the height. Compare the base dimensions with the overall height in the specifications: a wide base under a tall frame is what stops a tower rocking when a cat lands on the top platform from the side. Where an anti-tip strap is included it is listed under Care & assembly, and above about a metre and a half we would fit it even when the base feels solid on its own.

Where should I put it?

Near a window, against a wall, in the room where people actually sit. Cats climb in order to watch, so a tower facing a blank corner gets ignored while the same tower by a window is used every day. Keep it away from the litter tray and the food bowls — cats separate those places from where they sleep.

My cat ignores it and keeps scratching the sofa. What now?

Move it next to the thing being scratched rather than to a tidy corner. Cats scratch along the routes they already use, not where we would prefer them to. Rub the posts with catnip for the first week and put a blanket that smells of the household on the lowest platform. Most refusals turn out to be a placement problem rather than a product one.

Will my cat actually use it?

Cats accept new things on their own timetable. Put it where your cat already chooses to be — the sunny corner, the room the household uses most — and leave it alone for a few days rather than presenting it. A little catnip helps on anything meant to be slept on or scratched. Anything worn or handled should be left out to be sniffed and walked away from several times before you use it.

What if it does not suit my cat?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Returns are free and the refund goes to the payment method you used. You do not need to give a reason.
