Description

Crema is 132 cm on a 55 × 44 cm base, and it carries something none of the other towers here have: a grooming brush fixed to one of the posts.

The brush post

Cats groom themselves against edges — door frames, table legs, your shins. A brush mounted at cat height turns that habit into something useful: loose hair comes off on the tower rather than on the sofa, and it happens without anyone having to catch the cat and hold it still. For a long-haired cat, or one that hates being brushed, it earns its place.

Posts 7 cm thick

That is substantial — most posts are 5 or 6 cm. A thicker post does not flex when a cat digs in and pulls, which is what makes the difference between a post that gets used and one that gets ignored. Two of them, plus a separate flat scratching pad for cats that prefer to scratch horizontally.

Four levels

Three platforms — 55.5 × 44 cm in the middle, 24 × 44 cm at the bottom, 33.5 × 30 cm above — a cat house of 33.5 × 30 × 30 cm with an arched 16 × 19 cm doorway, and a top bed measuring 50 × 32 cm outside and 40 × 26 cm inside.

Six kilos per cat, 12 kg in total

Those two figures fit exactly two average cats and no more. Crema is a one- or two-cat tower; for a household of three or a single very large animal, look at a heavier model.

Build

Particle board under plush with PP cotton padding, on a 55 × 44 cm base with anti-slip equipment and an anti-tip kit supplied.

Why choose Cat Palace

Because your cat deserves better than a generic tower — and so does your living room.

Designed around how cats behave

Height to climb, somewhere to scratch, a lookout over the room — every piece answers a real feline habit rather than a decorating trend.

Facts before adjectives

Height and footprint in centimetres, the weight limit in kilos where it is known — never “sturdy” or “spacious” in their place.

Free delivery, free returns

Every order ships free and comes back free for 30 days. No restocking fee, no argument.

A human answers you

Questions before ordering or after delivery reach a person, not a script.

Cat Tree Crema — shown at home with cats

What a cat does with it

Climb it. Look down from somewhere high. Scratch something that doesn't matter. Then fall asleep on it. A tree earns its floor space by covering all four — which is why the height, the platforms and the posts decide far more than the colour does.

Where it will stand

132 cm on a 55 × 44 cm base

That is the floor it needs. Measure your own before you order rather than after it arrives. A tree is a lookout first and furniture second, so it earns its place in the room where the household spends its evenings, not in a spare one.

Measured, then published

No size brackets, no “XXL” standing in for a figure: the cat tree with its dimensions drawn on it, so you can check it against your room instead of trusting a photograph.

Frequently asked questions

Will my cat actually use it?

Cats come round to new things in their own time, so give it a few days before you judge it.

Put it where your cat already likes to be — a sunny corner, or the room the household uses most — and leave it there rather than presenting it. A little catnip helps on anything meant to be scratched or slept on.

Is it sturdy, and what is it made of?

Every piece is built to be used every day, not just looked at. Posts and boards are solid, and the covering is chosen for cats to scratch and rest on.

What is declared for this item — the materials, the dimensions and the weight it holds — is listed in the Details above. Each order is checked before it leaves us.

Is it easy to put together, and what is included?

Most larger pieces, like cat trees, arrive flat with the tools and an illustrated guide in the box, and go together in about 15 to 30 minutes — no DIY experience needed.

Smaller items, such as beds, scratchers and toys, come ready to use. If a step is not clear, email our team and we will walk you through it.

How long does UK delivery take, and how much is it?

Standard UK delivery is free on every order and takes 6 to 9 working days: 1 to 2 working days to prepare and dispatch, then 5 to 7 working days in transit. Order by 10pm (UK / London time) and we start preparing your order the same working day (Monday to Friday).

You receive a tracking link by email the moment it ships, and your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Returns are completely free — both ways, with nothing to pay. You have a full 30 days from delivery to change your mind.

Just email our team and we will send you a free return label and take care of the rest. You do not need to give a reason, and your refund goes back to the way you paid.
