Clusone is 130 cm on a square 59 × 59 cm footprint, and it is shaped rather than stacked — the top perch is cut as an avocado, 47 × 33 cm, wide enough for a cat to lie across rather than curl into.
The posts are wrapped in jute. It is softer under a claw than sisal and finer in texture, which suits cats that find sisal too coarse and have given up on scratching posts altogether. It also wears faster — a trade worth knowing about before you choose.
