Description

Lovere is built from pine — solid timber, not board under fabric — on a base plate 3 cm thick, and it stands 157 cm on a 50 × 50 cm square footprint.

Eleven-centimetre posts

This is the number that separates Lovere from everything else here. A typical scratching post measures 5 to 7 cm; these are 11 cm across. A thick post does not give when a cat sets its claws and pulls back with its whole weight, and that resistance is exactly what a cat is looking for. Eight of them, wrapped in sisal.

A brush at the base

Long bristles, fixed at cat height, so an animal grooms itself against it on the way past. Loose hair ends up on the tower instead of on your furniture, and nobody has to hold the cat still.

Five levels, and a cave with windows

Three raised platforms — the top one 48 × 28 cm — an enclosed cave with openings cut in its sides, and a mesh basket. The windows matter: a cat inside can watch the room without giving up its cover, which is the compromise most cats actually want.

Ten kilos per cat

One of the highest per-cat limits in the range, and it fits the build: pine, a 3 cm base and 11 cm posts are what let the tower carry a large animal. A plush ball hangs from the frame.

The cushions wash

Start gentle. Assembly uses a supplied Allen key. Ships flat at 57 × 57 × 33 cm, 23.7 kg; the weight in that box is the timber, and it is the reason the tower stands still.

XXL Cat Tree Lovere — shown at home with cats

What a cat does with it

Climb it. Look down from somewhere high. Scratch something that doesn't matter. Then fall asleep on it. A tree earns its floor space by covering all four — which is why the height, the platforms and the posts decide far more than the colour does.

Where it will stand

157 cm

That is the floor it needs. Measure your own before you order rather than after it arrives. A tree is a lookout first and furniture second, so it earns its place in the room where the household spends its evenings, not in a spare one.

No size brackets, no “XXL” standing in for a figure: the cat tree with its dimensions drawn on it, so you can check it against your room instead of trusting a photograph.

Why choose Cat Palace

Because your cat deserves better than a generic tower — and so does your living room.

Designed around how cats behave

Height to climb, somewhere to scratch, a lookout over the room — every piece answers a real feline habit rather than a decorating trend.

Facts before adjectives

Height and footprint in centimetres, the weight limit in kilos where it is known — never “sturdy” or “spacious” in their place.

Frequently asked questions

Is it stable enough for a big cat?

Stability comes from the base, not from the height. Compare the base dimensions with the overall height in the specifications: a wide base under a tall frame is what stops a tower rocking when a cat lands on the top platform from the side. Where an anti-tip strap is included it is listed under Care & assembly, and above about a metre and a half we would fit it even when the base feels solid on its own.

Where should I put it?

Near a window, against a wall, in the room where people actually sit. Cats climb in order to watch, so a tower facing a blank corner gets ignored while the same tower by a window is used every day. Keep it away from the litter tray and the food bowls — cats separate those places from where they sleep.

My cat ignores it and keeps scratching the sofa. What now?

Move it next to the thing being scratched rather than to a tidy corner. Cats scratch along the routes they already use, not where we would prefer them to. Rub the posts with catnip for the first week and put a blanket that smells of the household on the lowest platform. Most refusals turn out to be a placement problem rather than a product one.

Will my cat actually use it?

Cats accept new things on their own timetable. Put it where your cat already chooses to be — the sunny corner, the room the household uses most — and leave it alone for a few days rather than presenting it. A little catnip helps on anything meant to be slept on or scratched. Anything worn or handled should be left out to be sniffed and walked away from several times before you use it.

What if it does not suit my cat?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Returns are free and the refund goes to the payment method you used. You do not need to give a reason.
