Menaggio stands 174 cm on a square base of 50 × 50 cm, and its levels step outwards as they rise — the assembled tower reaches around 85 cm across at its widest, while the part touching the floor stays at 50 cm. Worth knowing before you measure an alcove: the base will fit where the upper levels may not.
The lower condo has a round entrance 23 cm across. That is generous — many condos stop at 17 or 18 cm, which is comfortable for an average cat and tight for a large one. A wide opening also means a cat is not squeezing past its own shoulders every time it goes in.
Enclosed space at two heights, two top platforms of 30 × 30 cm each so two cats can sit up top at once, and a raised basket for the slung feeling a flat board cannot give.
An inclined sisal board serves as the route between sections, so a cat scratches it in passing rather than stopping at a vertical post. Four posts elsewhere on the frame, and two pom-poms hanging from it.
That is the stated limit. It also claims the tower is stable with five cats on it, without publishing a tested total — so use the per-cat figure, which is the one that applies to your animal.

Stability comes from the base, not from the height. Compare the base dimensions with the overall height in the specifications: a wide base under a tall frame is what stops a tower rocking when a cat lands on the top platform from the side. Where an anti-tip strap is included it is listed under Care & assembly, and above about a metre and a half we would fit it even when the base feels solid on its own.
Near a window, against a wall, in the room where people actually sit. Cats climb in order to watch, so a tower facing a blank corner gets ignored while the same tower by a window is used every day. Keep it away from the litter tray and the food bowls — cats separate those places from where they sleep.
Move it next to the thing being scratched rather than to a tidy corner. Cats scratch along the routes they already use, not where we would prefer them to. Rub the posts with catnip for the first week and put a blanket that smells of the household on the lowest platform. Most refusals turn out to be a placement problem rather than a product one.
Cats accept new things on their own timetable. Put it where your cat already chooses to be — the sunny corner, the room the household uses most — and leave it alone for a few days rather than presenting it. A little catnip helps on anything meant to be slept on or scratched. Anything worn or handled should be left out to be sniffed and walked away from several times before you use it.
