Canazei reaches 178 cm on a square base of 50 × 50 cm — a quarter of a square metre for close to two metres of height. The square footprint sits as easily in a corner as against a wall.
The climb is a staircase
Between the lower and upper sections, a run of intermediate platforms breaks the height into short steps. That changes who can use the tower: a kitten, a heavy cat or an older one can reach the top and — more importantly — get back down, which is where cats hesitate.
Two condos, two summits
The enclosed condos sit on separate levels for a cat that wants to be out of sight. At the top, two platforms of 40 × 30 cm and 30 × 30 cm, so two cats can hold the high ground at once rather than displacing each other.
Scratching and play
A scratching board sits along the climbing route, and three plush balls hang at different heights.
Setting it up
Assembly tools, detailed instructions and a stability device are supplied; we recommend securing the tower to the wall, and at 178 cm on a 50 cm base we would treat that as necessary rather than optional. Ships flat-packed at 52.5 × 51.5 × 29.5 cm, 18.15 kg, for a 17 kg tower. Particleboard and paper tube under a plush covering.
One maintenance note
A damaged condo opening be repaired or replaced before the tower is used again — worth knowing if your cat chews edges.
